Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Stews Incense! We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns must a have return tracking number available and submitted to carrier within the 30 days of purchase.

Customer pays for return shipping costs. No refund on return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed when I receive your order back. Record the return tracking number, so that you can track when I get your order.

Pictures must be submitted for Damaged or Empty box or package when you receive your item. If approved, a refund will be processed right away. No return necessary.

There is no set standards for incense fragrances. Incense manufacturers try to get the fragrances close to what they are to smell like, but they are not exact. If you have 10 manufacturers creating the same incense fragrance, all 10 incense will be different.

Once you find a fragrance you like, you must remember that brand, because nobody’s incense will be exactly the same unless you want to try something new.  Maybe close or very close. No refunds on incense because of not liking the fragrance.

No restocking fees.

For defective items, submit a contact form and explain what is defective. Product may have to be returned or not returned.

No returns or exchanges on international orders.
